It would be#65279; nice if the New or 2011 T1 was 1000-1500RMS/3000Max & 4K+BURP & The T2 was 2000-2500RMS/5000Max & 6K+Burp! With a little more excursion(4IN OR MORE 1 WAY)(we have big dreams that's all) We have started talking about what it would be like to have a amp on each new sub set up if it were to HAPPEN!! Now that RF HAS CP versions of the amps makes us want more POWER IN THESE SUBS AS-WELL!! I know a lot of people that LOVE RF amps and run more than One or Two! But wont run the subs(I DO)Now RF has a new version of the Power series sub but not much has changed power wise. Well in the T1 but not the T2.
I have 2 2k1BDs and 2T112D4 in a stratus. 2nd amp not hooked up. Still in the box cause i cant run it now. But i do plan on getting 2 of the T2500.1CPs now that more power comes with em!! and bd sync cable2. I still wanna run RF Subs With Out PACKING MY TRUNK. And i cant find them team woofers any more ON LINE they had so MUCH extra power! BRING THEM BACK OUT if yall canI'M pretty sure people want to run 2 RF T2 SUBS An 2 T25oo.1 CP That would Beat THE EARTH OFF ITS AXIS
And i know if this was to happen i would be 1 of many running 4 walled T215s on 4T2500.1CPs Anyway what do u other people think about it? I'm i being to demanding? Or i just don't make since? Be honest with me!
It is very unlikely to change the subs that much because from what I understand, it takes a lot of effort to mass produce a sub. The last subs I bought went though months and months of testing as said by the company owners. Speaking from my logic only, I don't think RF would make a sub that is marketed to the gen public that runs at 2500rms because the price would be astronomical. The team RF subs came closest to that (iirc), that line has long been discontinued.
4" 1 way excursion is asinine. With so much power, I don't see how it can maintain control when its moving 8".. maybe a super tiny box never meant to sound good for music with overpowered suspension.
Thats the trade off with our trunk cars, go big with big sound, or save trunk space.
2 1" Vifas, 2 4" Tangbands, 2 8" Hertz, and 2 12" Xcons in 4-way active. Sundown 3kd, Memphis 6ch big belle, Optima Yellow top, 2 NSB 90's, EA 200A alt, Big 3 and power/ground wire in 0000g.
I'm confused as to what you are wanting, are you worried about trunk space or not? You said you didn't want to "pack your trunk" but then you say you are wanting some huge, SPL-only subs that would eat up pretty much your whole car for a box...
T1500-1bd, T400-4, T400-2, 1 DC XL 10, 2 P1S48, 4 T1682C, 2 RFC1D, All RF wiring and accessories
You also have to consider the electrical upgrades to the vehicle. Aside from doing the "Big 3" you would have to upgrade to a much larger alternator or multiple alternator, especially with 4 T2500's. You also have to have room for additional batteries. All this plus the added weight to the vehicle, extra batteries, heavy enclosure and subs, you would have to do some engine mods just to get your car back up to stock specs.
great idea's ! remember , great sound isn't about one or two of the ingredients just like a hamburger doesn't automatically taste good if the meat is the best.
IMO the P3 subs and the new T1 subs are amazing even with tons of clean power !
